Thats major league cool. One of my regrets, while I was still in India I could never travel or visit places much. Just did not make enough money. These days the vacations (rather visits.. not sure of they are vacations in the classic sense) to India are spent with family, with little time to do other stuff. Not to mention that Americans don't get as much time off in general compared to people elsewhere.
Oh well I relive these thru travelogues. :)
Jay, you should definitely take advantage of your brother-in-law being posted in Ladakh.
