About Me
- Name: Mridula
- Location: India
I started 'Travel Tales from India' my India Travel Blog quite reluctantly. But it has become an anchor for my writing now. I use this blog to write 'off topic' stuff too. I have two passions, to travel in India (mostly) and then talk about it. My second passion is reading. My India travel blog was once linked at BBC and The Guardian. All my stories published at Gonomad can be viewed from this writer profile page. Interested in more India Travel Blogs?

Amazing trek great pics and thanks for helping me visit thru your words. How long did this whole thing take you?
You also made me want to just take off and use my remaning vacation for something like this.. sigh :)
You live only once so I might as well go see some place i have never been to right? :)
I don't blame you for being disconnected who would not be after a trip like that?
Welcome back.
Sanjay, it took us 6 days of trek days and 12 days from Delhi to Delhi. I have realized that it is better to have some extra days in a trek, so that if due to some reason you get delayed you are under no pressure to rush. If you have vacation, it should be utilized and then shared with all of us on your blog.
But the problem is, I live for 330 days in this world and I can't remain disconnected for long, day 4 and still not feeling inclined to work! And that too when I actually enjoy my work. But then, I guess, this too shall pass. Thanks a lot for your comment.
Thanks for the info. Hopefully you will soon get back in to the groove.
Am at a slow phase at work too and with so much free time, I am just blog hopping. :)
I will blog about a vacation when I take one. I haven't had a classical vacation fo the type you had for a while.
The disadvantage of living far from family is my meagre vacation gets taken up in visitng family. But no whining :) I just have to use my time off better. :)
Why, blog about it of course. :)
THe return to day-to-day life after a lovely trek is a bit concerting, isn't it?
I'm also in one of my "life is meaningless" moods.
Sanjay, I hope you do manage to take one of the classical vacations.
Teri, I blogged with the hope that this will help me in coping with it. One week down the line, I am slowly and painfully trying to get back to my daily grind.
Anirudh, this too shall pass. Just hang in there.
Gosh!! some of those pictures are just awesome..thanks for the visual delight!
I am glad you liked them Ashwin.
Uma, I did this trek in this June itself. And this one is called Kuari Pass trek. Have not done Kailash Mansarovar trek till date.
